Filling Station Infrastructure
- Compressors We operate two BAUER VERTICUS 15 compressors, each delivering 450 L/min — 27 m³/h. A third 15 m³/h compressor is dedicated to producing Nitrox and Trimix blends.
- Filtration Air is filtered through BAUER P61 Securus systems to guarantee outstanding breathable air quality.
- Storage banks 4 air banks, 3 Nitrox 32% banks and 4 Trimix banks (10/70, 15/55, 18/45, 21/35) — a total of over 50 cylinders of 50 L at 300 b of stored gas.
- Nitrox membrane Coltri LP 300 membrane delivering Nitrox 32% on-demand at 450 L/min.
- Gas blender An MPS TECHNOLOGY T-MIX 1000 blender produces Nitrox and Trimix continuously (max flow rate 70 m³/h).
- Boosters We run 3 MPS TECHNOLOGY boosters (single and double stage) to mix gases and top off your cylinders with Oxygen, Nitrox or Trimix. One booster is dedicated to gas blending, while the other two stay reserved for pure Oxygen and Helium.
Fill Procedures
Please remove all unnecessary equipment: weight system, regulator, backplate, wing, etc.
Your cylinders must comply with cylinder/valve assembly standards
Your cylinders must have up-to-date visual inspection and hydrostatic test
Cylinders for Oxygen and Nitrox fills must be ready for "Oxygen Service" = Oxygen Clean (clean equipment) + Oxygen compatible (compatible materials such as o-rings, seats, etc.)
Your cylinders must be clean: no dirt, leaves, mud, etc.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Strict access only: entering the filling station without explicit staff authorization is strictly prohibited. Naturally, a one-time approval doesn't grant you permanent access...
⚠️ For the physical safety of our staff and our facility, cylinders in poor condition or with questionable assemblies will not be filled.
